Return and Refund Policy

Cynthia Stores is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered with no inventory. Each order is made especially for you. This also means that returns and exchanges are NOT supported if someone ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. All products are sent out to be made once ordered.

 

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Cynthia Stores offers a free replacement if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. As of now, there is no refund or returns but we can provide you with a second FREE hoodie.
